This was my first stay at Atour, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. The aromatherapy scent was lovely, the room layout was thoughtfully designed, the facilities felt high-quality, and they clearly put effort into their selections (the tea in the mini-fridge was delicious!). The room was also spotlessly clean. The large reading room was bathed in sunlight, and it's the first time I've seen a hotel curate its book collection with such care. The breakfast was varied but not overwhelmingly so, offering both Chinese and Western options that were fresh, tasty, and presented cleanly. The hotel's service was also excellent. We checked in late at night, and the front desk staff was energetic, efficient, professional, and very friendly. They even upgraded our room. In the morning, a staff member called to ask if we wanted to extend our stay, and when we said no, he thoughtfully added, 'No rush, check-out is at 2 PM…' If the hardware of a hotel is a necessity, then the quality of its service truly defines whether a hotel has a heart. My classmate always stayed here and consistently recommended it, but staying here myself, I now understand their fondness and trust in Atour. Staying at Atour feels like being cared for during your travels.

Excellent stay! The room was very clean and tidy, and the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. It's also very close to the subway. They offer free small drinks and the lobby environment is spotless. Plus, there's complimentary congee available.

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. It’s a great hotel! Laundry service is excellent. Distance not very far from the airport as well. And plus point is there a subway right outside the hotel!

The breakfast was pretty good, and the room was very quiet—you could barely hear any noise from outside. The mattress and pillows were also nice. Plus, there's a gym and a laundry room, so the facilities are quite complete. Five-star rating!

This stay was a fantastic surprise! The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to the commercial district and subway station, making getting around super convenient. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the toiletries were high-quality. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in and check-out were efficient, and they patiently answered my travel questions. The breakfast had a rich variety and was fresh. Absolutely amazing value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is delicious. As soon as you enter the lobby, there's a faint, pleasant fragrance. It's very comfortable, and there are free books available for reading. The staff's service is incredibly warm and attentive; they respond to every request. I'm very satisfied. It's definitely my top choice for business trips – excellent.

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel! The staff are incredibly professional and friendly, from the front desk to the housekeeping team – everyone is so welcoming and greets you with a smile. The rooms are spotless, very modern, and incredibly comfortable. The bed and pillows are excellent too! Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! The location is super convenient, just 100m from the subway exit. I had originally booked a deluxe king room, but I mentioned to the front desk staff that I was worried about noise facing the street. The guy at the front desk was great and upgraded my room type right away. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent, the facilities are new and odorless, and the bed was very comfortable. Next time I'm in Harbin for a business trip, I'll definitely choose this place again.

Throughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a very thoughtfully laid and maintained place. The rooms are snug, very quiet, modern, clean. The common areas are inviting with a study, lounge and a great little laundry where the staff will help you. Breakfast is great and there's even late night porridge on the house. It's seriously more fun and comfortable than five star hotels I have stayed in. Also very convenient next to subway and close to shopping. The staff are super.
