Smoke entered the room through the bathroom exhaust fan at night • Cigarette smell present on the 3rd-floor hallway despite a non-smoking policy • Hotel is labeled non-smoking but an ashtray was placed in the room • Street outside is dirty and the hotel entrance is hard to find without checking reviews in advance

Great value for money. Outside impression of the hotel is not great but once you enter it’s warm and friendly and the rooms are perfect. Big and comfortable. Great bed and pillows, huge shower and big windows! Super close to the cathedral and main streets and short taxi to ice world and super super close to Harbin Railway!

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient to get around. The staff provided good service and were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Having a convenience store nearby was a big plus and made daily needs easy to manage. Overall, the rooms were good and the stay was pleasant. Would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and service.

Great stay, excellent location. It was near the metro station and there was a lovely small grocery shop for any last minute items. We loved our stay here, just as an improvement note I think the cleaning needs to be better as the floor always seemed to be dirty even after clean up. Other than that, this was a great stay in Harbin and would love to stay again.

This hotel is located near St Sophia Church (300meter) and Zhong Yang Street (400m) , and also behind this hotel is Halal Lanzhou ramen restaurant. Convenient for Muslim travelers. In front of the hotel there are convenient stores like 7 eleven that open 24hours. I would suggest my friend to stay here while visiting Harbin. 👍👍👍👍👍
