The room was excellent, very affordable, and conveniently located. It's a short walk to Harbin's Central Street, and the interior environment is great. There's even a morning market downstairs, and the hotel has its own parking lot.

Nice location very easy to reach harbin ice and snow show and close to the famous food street. My fridge was not working unfortunately. The room is very spacious. I loved the bathroom its amazing so much space and even music playing while taking a shower. Breakfast was nice too, a lot of things to choose from.

I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a family room! It was huge and very clean. The hotel isn't far from the subway station, and there's a morning market right downstairs, though I didn't get a chance to check it out, haha. The breakfast was great, especially the rice noodles – I had them every day for three days straight, paired with red sausage, so delicious! The staff, from the young men and women at the front desk to the cleaning ladies, were all wonderful and always happy to help. Highly recommend, I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The room I booked hadn't been cleaned, so the front desk arranged for a different one, but it ended up being at the very end of the building. The towels in the room were torn, and they were placed on the floor so low you practically had to kneel to pick them up. Plus, there's no lobby on the first floor and no signs directing you to the restaurant, so when the doors close, you have no idea where to find it.

Location: The location is excellent, right downstairs from the morning market, a short walk to Hongzhuan Street, and very close to Central Street. Environment: The room was very spacious. We checked in quite late, and the front desk upgraded our room type for free and even gave us some snacks. However, the room we stayed in was on a separate platform, and it was completely dark when we first checked in on the first night. But after talking to the front desk, they fixed it promptly the next day. Facilities: Overall, they were pretty good. However, the shower water wasn't very hot, which wasn't ideal for people who had been playing in the snow all day and wanted a hot shower to warm up when they returned to the hotel.

The hotel and service were both good. The only downside is that it's not very friendly for self-driving travelers. Even though there's a door from the parking lot directly to the hotel, guests are made to walk all the way around to get in. They said that door is only for hotel staff. What kind of service logic is that?

I came to Harbin for a trip, and the location was decent, not far from the subway station, just one stop from Central Avenue. The first room I entered had a strong smoke smell, so they changed it for me. The second one was better, but still had a faint smell of smoke, and it was too late to bother changing again. The hotel isn't new, and the facilities are a bit old and worn. The unique 'shower and listen to music' feature at the Lufeng Hotel wasn't working. However, it met basic accommodation needs, and bottled water was provided promptly and sufficiently.

This was my 17th city traveling solo, and my first time in Harbin. During the off-season, I usually pick hotels around 200 RMB per night, and I stayed here for five nights (four days). While the facilities aren't as modern as those recently renovated 'smart' hotels, it was exceptionally clean and thoughtful. Let me point out a few details: many hotels have dry and wet separation in the bathroom, but here, the shower floor tiles are anti-slip. There are two showerhead options, and the labels are very clear. The detachable showerhead is conveniently positioned facing away from you by default. The main fixed showerhead has excellent and stable water pressure. Now, about the bed – it was great, just the right firmness. Some hotels in the same price range are either too springy or too soft, but this one was perfect. Another detail: the air conditioning was very quiet and heated up quickly. Finally, the window insulation was excellent. As for housekeeping, the aunties were incredibly diligent – truly diligent and professional. Some so-called 'professional chain' hotels might cut corners in the off-season, with only one or two housekeepers per floor, and after a few days, you'd notice the cleaning is just mediocre. But at Lavande, I could clearly feel the meticulous and careful cleaning. They also pay great attention to guest privacy. And if you run into them in the hallway, they'll always greet you and let you pass first. My stay of several days was very comfortable. Regardless of what others think, I believe this hotel offers unbeatable value for money nationwide during the off-season. Lastly, I added my own message to the guestbook, where previous guests had also left comments. I shared my appreciation with Ms. Chen, who called me to ask for feedback on my stay. I wish the hotel all the best in business!
