It's very close to Harbin Institute of Technology. The hotel facilities are very new. The breakfast is still very good, but you have to go early. If you go late, some dishes may not be complete. Overall, it's still okay.

The room is average, the service is not good, the front desk's expression is like she owes her money, and she spends most of her time looking at her phone! The staff wore slippers and walked around the lobby chatting! The toilet in the bathroom is not clean. It probably takes a long time to clean it. There are melon seed rinds on it! Breakfast can also be rich in variety.

The hotel facilities are very new and complete, clean, tidy and comfortable. A good hotel needs not only good hardware facilities, but also good software services. The hotel staff from the front desk to other staff are very warm and considerate. We gave hand warmers when we checked in. Paper towels and other small gifts. There was only one breakfast in my room, and the lady sent another one directly. She also told the children that breakfast was free, which was very warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is rich in variety. I ate frozen pears for the first time. It looked unprepossessing but tasted good! I enjoyed my two-night stay here very much. I will choose Jialan again next time I come to Harbin. In addition, it is also very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel to Harbin Institute of Technology, Central Street and other scenic spots. We checked out early on the last day but stored our luggage. We didn’t pick up our luggage until we went to the airport in the evening.
