因為自己住而且住的晚退的晚，所以選了間無窗的，1、室內設施老舊，防盜鎖損壞；2、衞生間反味；3、無電梯；4、隔音差；5、辦理入住的時候保潔阿姨很熱情的提醒地滑，但是一直追問我在哪個房間，因為我是自己一個人住，所以還是不喜歡這種指路的熱情。
總體還好，價位不高，屬於經濟實惠類型，如果對環境有高要求，請移步

一進賓館門就有一股臭味，房間裏也有味道。衞生間很窄，上廁所時頭都頂到玻璃了。再就是離地鐵站比較遠，不過哈爾濱地鐵本來也不太多，可以理解，有公交可以到地鐵站。好在定價足夠良心，春節期間旁邊都從兩百多漲到七百多了，他家也沒漲價。

非常差！非常差！首先我們這次旅行的第一站是哈爾濱，並且訂的是尚客優酒店（在其他城市都入往過尚客優酒店，感覺不錯，所以就下了訂單）可是當我們到達該酒店時傻眼了！招牌上大大一個賓館字，底下有一個30公分左右寬的LED屏幕，滾動着《尚客優快捷酒店》我們到前台問前台服務員，我們訂的酒店，這怎麼是賓館，服務員説：我們就是賓館《尚客優快捷酒店》是名稱，然後到了房間更是後悔極了，被子，床單都非常的臟，顏色都感覺灰不溜秋，床間連客棧的檔次都不夠，我們感到生氣的是：這家酒店有點欺騙客户，在《去那兒》APP上叫酒店，而酒店招牌上又是賓館，如果是賓館我們當時不可能下訂單。
