This time I went to a well-established hotel, but I was disappointed. It was so disappointing. It is understandable that the hotel facilities are old, after all, they have been there for many years. But the sanitary conditions are so poor. This is a man-made disaster. I don’t know how the hotel room management department works. I checked in at around ten o'clock in the evening and the light was dim. I didn't notice that when I woke up in the morning, the coffee table was dusty to the touch. There are pictures to prove it.

The location is good. It should be a long-established star hotel in Harbin. The facilities are a bit old. As for the service, you can understand the service attitude of the north. It is already pretty good.

The old store has old decoration, and the service attitude is simple, direct and insensitive! Disposable slippers were found when I checked out. They were placed at the very back of the closet. Commonly used items were not placed in obvious locations. The water in the bathtub was yellow... Oh, it’s hard to describe.

Room facilities are a bit old If you turn off the lights at night, you have to run to the door. The design is unreasonable. The bedside socket needs to be moved away from the bedside table, the space is too small
