Harbin Central Street Sophia Xana Deluxe Hotel

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Central Avenue! It's super convenient for getting around! The hotel itself is cozy, with a touch of luxury and comfort. Plus, they offer complimentary afternoon tea in the lobby!

Traveling to Harbin with my child, our first stop was the Xana Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sophia Church). The hotel's location is perfect, situated in the middle-north section of Central Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. Zhaolin Park is just 100 meters east, across the street, and the main Central Street is 50 meters west. St. Sophia Cathedral is about 500-800 meters away on foot. The hotel lobby was super cozy, offering a stamp check-in and afternoon tea. The staff provided excellent service. Since I hadn't planned my trip and decided to go last minute, I asked about Harbin's specialties. They even added me on WeChat and sent me a guide to dining, entertainment, and attractions around the hotel. The breakfast was incredibly rich, meeting all the nutritional needs (meat, eggs, milk, fruit) required for traveling with a child. On the day of check-out, I decided last minute to take some travel photos with my child near St. Sophia, which delayed our check-out time. The staff kindly extended our check-out until 2 PM for free. All in all, our first stop in Harbin made us feel so warm. If you're staying around Central Street, Xana is definitely the best choice!!! I've already recommended it to many friends since returning to Beijing. 😙😙😙

I was very satisfied with my stay. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast offered a good variety. I would definitely choose Hii-Land Hotel again next time.

I had a great stay at the hotel. They offered tea upon check-in, which was a small but thoughtful touch. I also really liked the decor. It's super convenient that Lao Chujia restaurant is right next to the hotel, making it easy to find a meal. Plus, Central Street is just about 100 meters to the right when you leave. Another thing I noticed is how friendly and proactive all the staff were; they really went out of their way to provide excellent service.

The service was very thoughtful, and they even had small souvenirs, which was a very nice touch. The breakfast also offered a wide variety of options.
