The lift has not been working for over a week. out of order.
The subway is being built right outside of the hotel, no parking and noise constant 24 hours a day.
The staff on the reception where poorly informed and ill prepared, I think all trainees
The facilities are very limited.
the room very small.
I will never stay here again, or recommend to anyone.

Recommended, ordered takeout no less than 13 times. The hotel staff all delivered it. The service attitude is very good. A special message of warm water and hand cream was given when checking out. The location of the hotel is not bad. It only takes 15 minutes to go to the train station and 2 kilometers to Central Street. Worth recommending. Great

Bring the children to Harbin to play in the snow.
As always, I still choose Atour, which is very close to Central Street! It is more convenient to go anywhere!

環境衞生都沒的説，服務！我的手機遺忘到酒店了！酒店就説沒有！手機不值多少錢！但怎麼可能就沒有呢！我在酒店訂的專車到高鐵站座商務座全程沒有去別的地方！打電話給酒店就是沒有！所以服務太差了！員工需要好好的培訓一下！！別給爾濱丟分！

整潔、寬敞，設計也很合理，擺放的傢俱都是恰到好處的安排。
【服務】
前台服務很好，辦理入住會馬上倒上熱的薑茶，辦理退房會暖心的給温熱的礦泉水。會給小童提供專門的拖鞋和牙具。
房間打掃的服務員態度也很好，會熱心的打招呼。
下次再來還會選擇！
