Even though our family room faced the street, the soundproofing on the windows was excellent; with them closed, you could barely hear any outside noise. The location is fantastic – we could easily walk across the street to the 6th floor of Songlei for Old Chef's Kitchen, or to the 2nd floor of Qiulin for Russian food. If we were in a hurry, there's a KFC downstairs perfect for grabbing breakfast to go. The subway entrance is right outside, and it's convenient to catch a taxi to any attraction. One evening, we brought food back to the hotel and wanted to warm it up, and the staff patiently helped us turn on the power in the third-floor restaurant. Overall, the hotel felt very clean. Our family room came with 4 bottles of water and 3 pairs of slippers, which were replenished daily. The hotel didn't ask us for a good review or anything; this is a genuine one.

I stayed at the Hanting Hotel on East Dazhi Street in Harbin, and the most pleasant surprise was its location. The subway station is just a short walk from the entrance, which is incredibly convenient! Getting to Central Street or Harbin Railway Station was a breeze. Plus, Hongbo Square and several large shopping malls are right next door, offering tons of choices for shopping and dining—you'll never be stuck for options. A special shout-out to the hotel manager; her service was truly heartwarming! Even though there were a couple of minor hiccups, she patiently answered all our questions and was super quick to respond whenever an issue arose. The laundry facilities were also very convenient. This hotel's fantastic location makes it highly recommendable!

Upon check-in, the tall female staff member at the front desk noticed we had a lot of luggage and proactively and warmly helped us open the door. She was efficient and processed our check-in quickly. The room window faced Qiulin Company, and although it was right above a main road, the noise wasn't too bad once the window was closed. The room was clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. However, there was no luggage rack or cabinet to place suitcases, so we had to organize them on the floor, which was inconvenient. On the day of check-out, we returned at 11:30 AM after buying some things across the street and asked the front desk if we could have a slightly extended check-out time to organize our luggage. A shorter female staff member at the front desk repeatedly urged us to download the HUAZHU app, claiming it would grant a two-hour extension. We repeatedly told her that we were in a hurry and didn't want to deal with that, and just needed a little extra time to pack, like at other hotels. This staff member then informed us that we would get half an hour, and any time beyond that would be charged. What should have been a simple request turned into a lengthy and troublesome ordeal, which negatively impacted our experience.

This Hanting Hotel is in an excellent location, and my stay was very comfortable and convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were all very warm and friendly. Highly recommended!

My parents stayed here for three days, and the location right by the subway entrance was incredibly convenient. They were also very satisfied with both the room and the service.

The service was excellent, and the staff were quite enthusiastic. The location is superb, right outside the subway station, so you don't have to walk an extra step. Songlei Shopping Mall and Fendou Road Food Store are just across the street. The museum is also nearby, making transportation very convenient. The only downside is that it's facing the street, so you can hear traffic, people talking, and hawkers. On the last night, there was construction nearby that went on until after midnight, which was incredibly loud and gave me a headache.

The room was clean, hygienic, and comfortable, and the service attitude was excellent. The transportation is incredibly convenient; everything around, whether it's transport, shopping, or dining, is super accessible. The subway entrance is right downstairs, with both Line 1 and Line 2, and across the street is Songlei Commercial. It really couldn't be more convenient!

Great location! Turn right out of the hotel and you're just a few steps from a fast-food restaurant. The subway station is less than a minute's walk away, and it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Heilongjiang Provincial Museum, bus station, Qiulin Company, and Songlei Commercial Building. The hygiene is also good; I asked for a new towel late at night and it was handled within minutes. If I had to pick something, the soundproofing isn't perfect, and the TV was a bit laggy, but these are minor issues that don't detract from the overall experience.

Excellent location! It's right at the interchange of two metro lines, and the station entrance is just a 2-minute walk away. The front desk staff were also very welcoming.

Coming back to Harbin from Yichun, I arrived around 4 AM, totally exhausted, so I booked a by-the-hour room. This hotel is right by the Museum subway station exit, making it incredibly convenient. I didn't have high hopes, but after staying, I actually regretted not booking this hotel for my first two nights in Harbin. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and the room was very clean. For less than 100 RMB for under 4 hours, I got to shower, catch up on sleep, grab a few bottles of water, and even received a souvenir fridge magnet. It was fantastic! I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.

The location is fantastic! Right outside the hotel is a subway station, and it's very close to Qiulin Company – just a short walk around the corner. The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very warm and attentive. The only downside was that it was hot during my stay, and the air conditioner blew directly onto the head of the bed, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. It would be great if there was a baffle installed in front of the AC unit.

Overall, it was decent. The location is good, not far from the train station, and right outside a subway exit, which is very convenient. The room was a bit small, but the front desk staff was quite friendly. The hairdryer, however, was faulty and didn't work well. What's even crazier is the replacement they provided; I wouldn't even dare to use it. It looked like a tiny electric stove! 😂😂😂 It didn't blow any air at all. I strongly suggest the hotel replace these small items to improve service quality, as a slightly better hairdryer isn't even that expensive.

The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the subway exit. It's very clean, and the soundproofing is good. The room facilities are new. I arrived around 3 PM on the 13th, and the staff were enthusiastic and helpful. They even upgraded my room and gave me a fridge magnet. Everything was great. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin.

The room location is great, with a convenient mall right across the street and plenty of food options. There's also a KFC downstairs, so shopping and dining were both a delight!
