This hotel has a roach problem. Two employees stayed at this location and had multiple roaches in the room. One picked up the phone to call the front desk and there was a roach where the receiver sits. We use Candlewood Suites a lot and other locations are very nice but this one needs to fix this problem.

Overall large room, clean beds, clean kitchen area. Not to happy about the bathroom. Tub was dingy, toilet looked like I hadn't been scrubbed. Hardly any towels.

Thjere were dead roaches in my bathroom and someone left their beer bittle caps on the carpet. Makes me wonder if they cleaned the sheets...

Property water was shut off and several promises from management tgat it would be restored within 30 minutes. Several hours later no water, reached out and was told 4-5 hours. Couldn't use the washroom, shower or brush ny teeth. Had to check out and go to different hotel. I asked for a refund and was told to speak to *******. Spoke to *******, they advised they had to speak to the hotel Hotel refused to refund. Terrible experience. Lobby smelled like cigarettes and everything was murky. Room was clean but smelled like old mildew.

I didn’t like how dusty my bathroom shelves are. I didn’t like the bathroom cabinets had what I think was toothpaste. I had to ask for toilet paper. I did like the service and when I request fresh towels, toilet paper etc my request were met. I would recommend and I would stay again.

Everything was good room was nice our ice machine was not working properly but didn't mind everything else made up for it comfortable environment. Check in was easy and check out was too
