I stayed here (Room 215) for business. When it was time to unwind, the TV didn’t have a signal. I called the front desk to request service and 2 hours later I had to call again. I never received TV service. The water from the sink was almost nonexistent. The shower was pretty good. The bed was okay. The breakfast was great. Desert from the restaurant (caramel crunch cheesecake) was delicious!

This was a nice hotel next to the convention center. Liked the decor. Disliked the fact that it was nearly in the middle of nowhere, but that's just how Harlingen is. Disliked $8 for a carrot stick snack (too pricy).

It was average . I do not like "ECO Friendly" which means you can not adjust the temp of the room. We couldn't control the room temp therefore it stayed to warm and uncomfortable in the room.

We booked a king bed months in advance. Got there and they didn't have any rooms with king beds left, so they forced us into a room with 2 doubles. They didn't even have the nerve to tell us they were changing us up, just let us take our luggage to the room before finding out. They tried telling us this was an upgrade. I get that maybe it’s a more expensive room, but for a couple traveling without kids who want to sleep in a king bed, a room with 2 doubles is not an upgrade. The property is nice and connects to the convention center. The area the hotel is in feels a little sketchy and I was worried about my truck in the unsecured parking lot each night.

The property is nice, but my AC didn’t work. Maintenance spent an hour in there, finally got power but was never able to cool. Staff didn’t seem to worried, they were set in fixing it and making me wait apparently. So I left. Switching my room was never an option either I guess.
