Best Western Plus Waller Hotel

We had a good stay here. Wife and i enjoyed the breakfast. They changed the style of the eggs the next day and that was good. The beds were so comfy. Will definitely return to this hotel. We wanted to stay longer but they were fully booked this week so we're headed out to the Holiday Inn a little further away. Parking was adequate and safe.

I enjoyed my stay while at the best western plus hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. I especially like the fact that the place was really clean. The amenities were good and also the fact that there were a couple of fast food restaurants right across from the hotel. If you rent a car, you also have a gas station right across the street from the hotel. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay.

Walked in and felt like a pretty new hotel. Breakfast was spot on everyday with lots of choices. I even took pictures of it because it stood out from the typical. It’s the main reason I’m staying there every time I return for work.

Good breakfast BuT need some tweaks. Needs a second garbage can on opposite side of room bad. Also drinks in corner is a bad layout. Traffic jams. Last was awesome, clean, good food

Our stays are usually just one night for baseball, so we do not get to enjoy the amenities much, but everything has always been clean, staff friendly, quick check in/out, good breakfast, and near plenty of food options.

Stay was nice I wanted to add an extra night but one of the front desk staff gave me a hard time bc I used tap pay but other then that it was a good stay.

The front desk charged $20 instead of $2 as mentioned by *******. There was some smell in the room

OK service. When I return, front desk agents never look up and welcome guests back. Dining room tables too close together. Food selections good: coffee great. Bed and linens comfortable. Shower curtains need cleaning. AC very loud.
