Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. The first room that we were as given had not been cleaned. The problem was quickly remedied.

I liked the simplicity of this hotel. The service was great, the ladies at the front office were always helpful and I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and I had a good night sleep. The location is a little bit iffy but I guess is close to the freeway and some shopping centers.

Room was clean and nice shower. Comfortable bed and soft sheets. Room needed a new window shade to keep light out. Employee was a real stickler for breakfast starting at 7 and not a minute early.

I felt safe-safe area-clean room-microwave is in lobby. There was noise from traffic until 11pm

Room was clean. Staff was great but fridge was warm even after request for maintenance to check it and Netflix or other internet apps on tv wouldn't load even after maintenance.

Everything is very nice, mostly clean. The showers could be cleaner, but overall it was a clean place to rest our heads.

The room was clean, and we liked that there was no carpet. But, None of the lamps worked in the room. We arrived close to midnight and realized that there were no bath towels. When we called room service, we were told to go down to the lobby. Then, there was no soap in the shower. Hotel is located next to I-10, and you could hear the traffic all night when the A/C would turn off. Breakfast is very basic.

My family usually use the True by Hilton but this property was terrible the services and the staff

This was the largest regular room I've ever stayed in at any hotel. The entire place was spotless and the staff were very courteous. We didn't arrive until well after midnight and they were very accommodating. Hopefully their night clerk gets some relief from the hectic night shift. She really needs it.
