I stayed 2 nights and my room was not cleaned my bed was not made. The same used towels were still in the bathroom when I returned.

Excellent hotel, staff are great and they very friendly. close to shopping center with all types of restaurants. You can just walk to.

Decent hotel. My room smelled particularly bad … vomit / sewage - I’m not sure, but there were no signs of any issues.

A unforeseen, unscheduled fire alarm went active around 0100 and went on well past a hour and half with no explanation

I was disappointed with no in room dining, and no water in the room.

No one was available for Check- in. After 5 minutes of waiting, I called the hotel to get someone to answer. The phone rang 11 times before the staff member came running. I don't know her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag. She was on her cell phone and didn't end the call, just told the person to hold on. During my encounter with her, she was less than engaged, even rude. Again, at the coffee shop, no staff person except the cook. I was told the barista was in the bathroom. More than a 5 minute wait. Each time I stay, there seems to be more issues with customer service. My family members and I are rethinking stays with this hotel.

Facilities were nice. Staff friendly. Food is expensive. Don’t like Starbucks or their coffee.

Its nice. Until they charge 12 dollars for parking in addition to 50 for incidents fee... i left my room decent but i guess we should clean our own room next time. Just saying. We will never stay there again.
