Service wasn't great at all. Hotel it self was clean. But they charged my card three times for a one night stay

The room is big and comfortable, and there are many restaurants around. The breakfast is just average, and the waiter doesn't notify you in advance when it's time, and takes away all the food regardless of whether someone is picking up the food. It's very impolite and bad.

The front desk team member from last night made this a hotel me nor my family will forget . He was very welcoming , and made the check in experience as smooth as possible . Rooms are nice and spacious ! Loved the bathroom as well. Beds were very comfortable! Also love that they have security at night to make sure everyone’s cars are okay . Highly recommend !

Hyatt Place in Katy was wonderful!!!! Everything was so clean from the entry way to the room! This is a great place to stay! Definitely a 10 out of 10!
