I have travelled a lot. Mo is by far the best front staff I have ever encountered. Friendly always. Always asking if there is anything we need. Had a baby with me and she would always come up to us and ask how we were doing. Marriott— do whatever it takes to keep her. The staff and hotel make it feel like you are home even though you are not. We will 100% stay there again.

Like a motel, the room is large, clean, and fully equipped, but because it is close to the highway, there is a car driving overnight. If the sleep is estimated to be a bit noisy, I feel that it is okay after living for 6 days. The only thing I am not happy with is that the breakfast content is too small, but the price is cheap and acceptable.

The receptionist was okay, even though she stayed on her phone most of the time. The AC in our room was leaking, so we had water all over the place. Cleaning ladies did not go to our room to clean our room, take the trash or change bedsheets. We have requested the baby crib before checking in, called days earlier but when we got there, no baby crib was provided to us, we had to wait to get it.

Hotel location is near the airport, the hotel environment is very good, the facilities are relatively new, is the breakfast hotel to go to the bar below, a little expensive, after all, eating around is not convenient, or positioning in business travel, you can give high scores.

Amazing service, although i only met Ricardo Martinez at the end of my stay as i was on the way to the airport to leave, i can confidently say it was the seal as one of my most memorable trips. His kindness made the ride to the airport always one to remember. Thank you Ricardo.
