Comfort Inn & Suites Harrisonville

Room and motel need an update. It was a little rundown in my room had a very musty smell to it. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff was very nice. The hotel just needs a facelift.

The sheets were dirty and wet, and the guy at the front desk was very rude. Room 101, what a trashy mess it was indeed. I give this place a negative. 100 Never stay there, high price, low quality.

The bed was comfortable, but the couch and chair were very worn. Very few amenities. The room was very humid. I don’t think the AC was working correctly. A lot of money for a mediocre room.

Do not stay here I made a reservation through ******* I was told they had to swimming pool and a hot tub he did not I did call ahead on my way of arrival to this hotel the lady there told me that the pool is temporarily broken the part will be here momentarily or in a couple of days that's wrong I actually the hotel swimming pool and hot tub have been down for years on and off. The refrigerator was buzzing and shaking disgustingly and dirty the shower had soap left in it and it was extremely slippery and I almost fell in the bathtub because it was not cleaned and gross, the toilet seat had a chip in it the shower wall had a chip in it and scum. The place was disgusting and dirty. Not to mention that the attendant lie to us about the pool and the cleanliness and quietness of the hotel. They then moved me to another room it was right next to the ice machine and screaming kids that was awesome listening to ice drop all night finally got pissed off enough and complained and they moved me to another room which they couldn't get the keys to work so I stood there in the hallway for another 15 minutes waiting to get into a room I was so tired by this point I could barely stand up I finally got to sleep about 11:30. Do not stay at this place it is disgusting the food oh my God do not even look in the bowl of the oatmeal where it's cooked it looked like something came out of an animal's ass very unhealthy facility and environment. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in my days I've stayed

The Comfort Inn in Harrisonville MO is clean and Comfortable. The pool was closed. That was a bummer. The breakfast is delightful. One suggestion, put some hooks in the bathroom. There is no place to hang a towel so it dries.Thank you.

This place is very dark inside and out will make you wonder the bed was clean. The room was okey-doke, but the bathroom was hard to function in very tight.

I didn’t get to try the breakfast. Staff was kind an efficient. The room was clean as well as the bathroom.

Bathroom is extremely small, pool hot/tub not working, not impressed with property.

Comfy bed, tad out of date, options for breakfast, our window was broken at time of check in
