Americas Best Value Inn and Suites Harrisonville

I don't usually leave comments, but this time I can't overlook the filth and how poorly maintained that hotel is.

The sheets and blankets were filthy the floor was sticky and had stuff all over it bathroom was gross will not be staying again

The room was clean but the furniture was was old. Towels were thin, and broken down car was in the parking lot. The owner worked on it every day. The room had a fragrance that was too over powering

The shower was a mess; the water wouldn't drain. There’s no pool—it hasn't worked in years and is just used for storage. It says continental breakfast. There was nothing for breakfast—literally just a gallon of milk with cereal and pastries, nothing good. Oh, and apple juice in a pitcher.In the morning, several cars had flat tires.

The hotel does not keep ac on in the rooms or hallways, so even though we had a confirmed reservation they took no time to prepare the room, so we arrived to a very hot room (hotter than outside, over 90) and had to leave the hotel to let it cool down. Bedding stains and hair all over it, so they just handed me another blanket. Pool was closed and seems to be the case all of the time. TV was not working and apparently was missing some power cord and batteries on the remote were dead. They fixed the TV issue, but it was problem after another. They do not prepare the room for guests and offer no apology for any issues. Breakfast consisted of cereal and donuts.

A reasonable property - great space in rooms and quiet surroundings - but it needs a human and customer service side of things. Second, why say there's free breakfast, but there isn't? In the bathroom, ceiling paintwork is peeling off, and the shower curtain has seen better days. With a little loving, this property can be significantly transformed.

They offered a continental breakfast and they served just milk and cookies. No pool at all.
