Not good, in my many years of Premier Inn stays this has to be the worst room I've ever slept in, room 302. The hotel itself is suffice and the staff are friendly and engaging. Now there are basics...i.e. light bulbs, when one of your main light bulbs is out, that can go at any time, that's a frustration...nothing more. But when around your toilet seat is disgusting! That's another level, that should not happen. I won't labour this too much as I've put the pictures up. I highlighted all these issues to the manager at 17:00! who assured me he'd try and address them, but hey ho nothing has changed! at 00:12!!! So disappointing, you pay £111 for an overnight stay and for that you expect cleanliness to be top of the agenda...in this instance, this particular PI has forgotten this. As I've said at the start I've stayed, by nature of my previous job, in PI's the length and breadth of the UK and this is the worst PI room I've ever stayed in. Now, should that be a reflection on the other rooms? perhaps an area manager should make a fleeting visit! Time to step up PI...🙁
