The Norton

I would avoid this hotel, the number does not work to call them, and I was locked out as my code didn't work to access the front door at 10pm I was standing outside for 1 hour.

The Norton does things differently! And it’s great! We had two rooms, a double for us and a single for our son. We had awesome sea views (spent hours watching the world go by, and thoroughly enjoyed sunrise over the bay each morning). Comfy beds, lovely big bathrooms, a well equipped shared kitchen to make food in, and our own fridge to store food in. Free parking, a pool table and even a dart board (in the huge shared lounge). Other hotels should take note! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon

Great stay at the hotel which I was told has recently refurbished. They had a popup from a local bakery on the Saturday morning - that was great Rooms clean and tidy, view from the room was incredible - literally 50 metres from the beach. We’ve booked again, can’t wait to return

Great sea view room. Comfy bed. Represented great value for money. Contactless reception with code access is a little inconvenient, especially for work travellers like myself. Carrying mini suitcase, laptop bag etc. Would recommend and stay again.

Just returned from a night at this hotel, sadly I wouldn't return. Doors banging up until late, then again before 6 this morning, why people can't have a bit of consideration for other and just close their doors quietly is beyond me ignorance at its best . The room we were in on the 4th floor had a lovely sea view ( only positive) the room itself is adequate the cleaning could have been a bit better, but the bed was clean and that's the main thing. Now the bathroom 🤢 we could not stand to be in there for any length of time the smell from I assume is the drains is stinking. We had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. Can't comment on the kitchen facilities as we just checked out and went elsewhere for breakfast.
