It was the first time in my life that I stayed two nights at a hotel where they didn’t clean the room at all. I’ve never seen a hotel with a brand name that was managed so poorly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re planning to stay for multiple nights.

The room is nice and big enough. The breakfast is pretty good with everything you need. The restaurant waiters are very nice. It is a 30-minute drive from Manhattan, suitable for business or travel.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! ! ! The house that was allocated at the beginning was the room at the end of the floor, close to the ice machine, the noise was huge, so I called the front desk to change the room. As a result, the desk lamp and the charging place in the newly replaced room were broken, and the air conditioner was also loud, because it was too late and I was too lazy to toss and plan to bear it. Before taking a bath, I asked the front desk if they did not provide room service such as disposable slippers and water delivery, so I went downstairs to buy water by myself. After taking a shower, I found that the shower curtain did not block the water, so that the floor was full of water, and the floor mats were soaked, and the floor was very slippery and I almost slipped and fell. When I went to bed, I found that they hadn't changed the bedding. The sheets and pillows had blood and unknown yellow stains, and there were obvious messy folds that others had slept on. The newly changed sheets had no creases that should have been there. I originally planned to stay for two nights, but I couldn't bear it anymore. I negotiated with Ctrip to leave the hotel early that night, and stayed in another hotel the next day. As a result, the hotel did not agree to refund the room rate for the next day, because I didn’t take pictures of the evidence, so I will use the lesson of more than 1,000 yuan to warn friends who want to stay in this hotel in the future, don’t come to this hotel! ! ! At that time, the price of this hotel would increase to 2000+ during the concert, how could they have the face to increase the price! ! ! Although it was newly renovated in 2021, it is really hehehe, it is really a rubbish hotel! !
