I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally clean and cozy, making it a very welcoming space to unwind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and both the water pressure and water heater in the bathroom worked perfectly. However, I did encounter one issue regarding the room layout. The provided working table is quite small, and its corners are remarkably sharp. Unfortunately, I accidentally cut my elbow on one of the sharp edges during my stay. I highly recommend that the hotel management looks into fixing or adding safety guards to these sharp table corners to prevent similar accidents from happening to future guests. Aside from this safety concern, it was a very pleasant stay!

The room was spacious. The hotel is conveniently located next to Central Hatyai. It has on-site parking, which is very convenient for guests with cars. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We also requested for honeymoon decoration and the staff beautifully prepared the room.

My last stay was last year. Love the location of this hotel. I have stayed numerous times ever since they first open. They have upgraded their shower shelf and waste bin. Overall they are good. Reasonable price with super friendly and helpful staffs.

The room was clean, spacious, and reasonably priced. There was plenty of parking space available for guests. The hotel is within walking distance of Hatyai Central Mall, which is very convenient. This was my second stay at the hotel, and I am very satisfied with the overall experience. The only issue was that the water heater in Room 707 was not working. The maintenance team checked it, but unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the problem as the unit was malfunctioning. Another inconvenience was the ironing facility. Guests are charged 100 Baht per hour to use the iron, and only a garment steamer was available, which was not very easy to use. There was also no ironing board or suitable stand provided, making it difficult to iron clothes properly. This aspect was quite inconvenient and could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an excellent stay at this hotel! The property is beautifully designed with plenty of Instagram-worthy photo spots, making it a great place to relax and capture memorable moments. The location is fantastic, with many halal eateries, a lively night market, and a 7-Eleven convenience store all within walking distance. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and communicated well in English. Our room was clean, comfortable, and featured a lovely view. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Parking was easy and convenient, adding to the overall hassle-free experience. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love this hotel. the room is very spacious and near to Central Festival just beside the mall. It also provide EV charging station and parking area. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family

Easy check in process, clean room and strategic place.

We stayed here multiple times. Location is awesome!! Just a walking distance to Central Hatyai and Makro. Easy access to many attractions. They had improved by extending their shaded parking spaces so it’s good for those that drives. Overall room is good, receptionist are friendly and we enjoy our stay there.

The best feature of this hotel is it's location, just next to Central Hatyai. The carpark is motorcycle friendly. Got smart TV. Strong Huawei wifi and aircon in room. Lots of empty space in the room though.

This year first times step in Hotel Z Sleep. And also is my first times select twin single bed. 1.Lobby no more good smell as before 2.Lobby Without air conditioner? 3.Bedset bad smell 4.Bedset got bugs However feel a little disappointed, but im still recomanded this hotel. 1.Next to Central Hatyai 2.Space parking no worries 3.Service reception good 4.Clean

Multiple times stay at this hotel & never disappointed. Will always choose this property in my future trips to hatyai
