I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! It was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept so well every night. The housekeeping team did an amazing job and even folded our sleepwear neatly, which was such a thoughtful touch. I also loved their organic shower gel and shampoo, smelled so good. The only downside was that the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, so the ventilation wasn't ideal. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would happily stay here again.

A lot of parking spaces especially who is self-driving from Malaysia to Hatyai ☺️ Hotel also provide the welcome drinks and all the basic amenities

The room is very pleasant and spacious. The TV can access Netflix and YouTube. The bathroom might be a bit small, but overall it's good. The air conditioning is refreshingly cool, and there's a weighing scale.

Good value for money. The room had everything I needed and was quite new. However, the bed was a little itchy and the walls were very thin, I could hear the conversations from the next room clearly.

Booked a long stay for a business trip. The hotel is new, the bed is comfortable, and the amenities are good. However, during my long stay, there were a few days where the room wasn't tidied properly, and they didn't check the bathroom amenities – the soap ran out and wasn't refilled. Overall, it's okay. I'd definitely stay here again.
