4th time here at p residence, very good price, clean, room fully equipped with kettle, proper place to hang clothes, good size square layout, with balcony, walking distance to all major attractions, plenty of shops.. With all these mentioned above, the small issues like low water pressure and taking stairs become non issues.. Reminder though; no lift, all walk up rooms, you might get lower or upper unit, not suitable if you have elderly who struggle with mobility, other than that, I say book early.. Especially weekend and holidays..

Hotel cleanliness is great for a 2-star/budget hotel. However, there were no toiletries provided at all. The blanket was also in poor condition, as the cover was coming off. Location-wise, it is okay, but since we visited during the Hari Raya season, not all halal food options were open. Service was decent, and the staff were helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionists were very helpful and kind + cute chonky cat too. Great location near two 7-Elevens, Kim Yong Market, and Lee Garden. The road is a bit narrow for cars, but you can set your ride drop-off at the nearby main road and walk just 1 minute. Overall, it was a good price for the experience. Would definitely book again if I come back.

I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel allowed me to check in as early as 8 AM – that was fantastic! It's very close to the bustling Kee Garden, and the room itself is spacious with a balcony. My only minor complaint is that some water in the bathroom didn't drain properly.

Good location. Walking to Lee Garden. The big flood really bring big impact to Hatyai. Hope it recover fast. Good Luck to owner P Residence to maintain and keep it up.

Always my fav place to stay in Hatyai. Room are spacios, clean and strategic location nearby 2x 7E , shops, food court, street food and everything!

This place is located near Lee Garden , therefore location is good. The room is very affordable and i was given a room at 3 floor. Room was quite spacious, new and clean. AC and wifi work well. The only con is there is no lift at this hotel.

Perfect location! 2 7-11 within 80m. Lots of delicious food and massage places around the corner. Spacious room with daily cleaning provided upon request. Cool Aircon, shower with hot water works perfectly. 2 bottle of drinking water provided everyday. Soap and shampoo replenish everyday too. Fast WiFi! There is nothing more I can ask for.

The place is very close to KimYong Market and serve as a nice place to chill down. Check-ins were quick and efficient; 7-11 next to the hotel.

The room was quiet, close to 7-11, and near tourist attractions. Getting around was very easy.

I highly recommend it. Large room with a balcony, bathroom, and refrigerator. Close to everything.

Clean, easy to go to lee garden and easy access.
