The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. There is a common waiting area at level 2. They provide a hot/cold water dispenser and a dining table so that you can eat there. The staff are helpful. It's a worth staying here with affordable price. Definitely will repeat staying here if i plan to come here again.

We booked a family room with one big bed and one single bed, room is spacious and we have a balcony too. Room is clean and good customer service. U need access card to enter the building so it is safe to stay there. There are not many parking lots available so we might need to park at roadside.

We found few roaches in the room. Bathroom was filthy, mouldy, and has a lot of fruit flies. Tiles were white, so the dirts can be seen obviously. the only thing i like about this hotel was the staffs as they were friendly and helpful. Book elsewhere if you are particular about the room cleanliness.

It is a hotel suitable for relaxing. and travel in Hat Yai a lot. The rooms are beautiful, clean, minimalist style, very perfect. There is a sitting corner on the 2nd floor, suitable for sitting and relaxing, having a conversation, and most importantly, there is a welcome snack when you stay. There is also drinking water, tea, and Ovaltine in the room. The service staff is very good. Especially P'Ying, smiling and ready to give advice throughout the stay. And will definitely come to stay again ☺️
