The Signature Hotel Airport

Excellent service! Absolutely wonderful! They even helped me retrieve my phone that I left in a taxi! No long wait upon arrival, and check-in at the front desk was quick. The room was meticulously clean, no strange odors, fast internet, great water pressure in the bathroom, and I slept really well.

Do NOT book this hotel. It's a 4-star hotel, yet at 8:04 AM, before check-out and without any prior notification for housekeeping, someone suddenly swiped a key card and opened our door! I was packing, and my boyfriend was working on his laptop when we suddenly heard the swipe and the door just opened! The person saw us inside, didn't apologize, and only after we yelled at them to close the door did they mumble something in Thai, slowly closed it, and walked away! I regret not chasing after them to see who it was! We quickly tidied up and went to the front desk to complain, but the response we got was just a brush-off. We asked to see the manager but were told the manager was on leave that day. Seriously, for a 4-star hotel, is there no one else who can handle a guest complaint besides the manager who's on leave?! Absolutely ridiculous! I've already given them a chance by sending a complaint email, but it's been weeks, and I haven't received a single apology letter! This clearly shows that the front desk didn't even escalate our complaint. So, I have no choice but to leave a bad review here to warn anyone planning to book this hotel: please be careful with your belongings and your safety, because this is a hotel that disrespects guest privacy, has no proper management, and doesn't respond to guest complaints! Our anniversary was ruined by this frightening experience.

The location is very convenient, quiet, and a bit secluded, right next to the airport. There's a 7-Eleven about 200 meters across the street, and you can also order delivery nearby. However, check-out is at 11 AM.

Excellent service! Check-in was almost instant. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The airport transfer service was punctual. It felt just like home, and it was incredibly quiet. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
