The room was very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. I really loved the design and overall atmosphere of the hotel. It feels cozy and relaxing, and the location is great as well. Many popular places are nearby, making it convenient to travel around.
The staff were also very friendly, polite, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The service provided made our stay even more pleasant.
However, there are a few things that could be improved. The parking space is quite limited. Although the hotel mentions having private parking, the actual parking availability is quite limited, especially during weekends. We arrived on Friday morning and it was still manageable, but during the weekend it became very difficult to find a parking space. It would be better if the hotel clearly stated that parking is limited in the description, so guests can be better prepared.
Another improvement would be adding more lifts, as the current lift can be quite slow, especially when the hotel is busy. I also heard that some higher floors may not have lift access, so it would be helpful if the hotel could provide clearer information about this.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient area. The staff were great, and the overall experience was very positive. The only concerns are the limited parking and lift availability. Other than that, everything was excellent.
