Smooth check in and check out experience. Hotel room was spacious, facilities are quite old but still okay. Parking space was superb, location very near to hatyai central but a bit far to Lee Garden.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown

Extremely satisfied. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and could speak Malay, which was a nice bonus. Check-in was incredibly smooth and fast. There are also many stalls and shops selling halal food right around the hotel. Florida Market and the Asian Night Market are about a 10-minute walk away, and there's a 7-Eleven nearby. Overall, very pleased. Recommended!

service very bad. they provide us towel not too clean. got spotted & dirty but they claim us made it & we need to pay as new towel price. very very bad experience. this is first time us need to pay compensation. will boycot this hotel. please dont stay here. u guys will regret. very disappointed because we need to pay 250 bhat per towel!!!

The room was clean, free mini bar, halal food option in hotel. The shrimp fried rice was awesome. The staff are so kind. Near to 7 eleven, asean market and central hatyai mall.

Great central location, with clean, spacious rooms and a pool.

I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone who likes to sleep in. The mornings were extremely noisy, with children's voices, doors slamming, and housekeeping staff cleaning. What's more, the room had a very strong musty smell. I certainly won't be returning.

overall very satisfied. Staying there for 3 days 2 nights. Receptionist gave us permission to check-ins early. Thank you so much ☺️ will come again next time

The Best Hotel in town,easy access to viral locations,cleans Room n very nice Hotel.

So far so gewd. I love the location of the hotel, u can rent a motor by the hotel itself, cleaners are so kind to us. But the spoil thing over all, the time i wanted a mineral water at night, the receptionist inform us to buy. I think the receptionist are not being honest, it is supposedly need to be free. Im paying for 4 night stay mehh
