From the moment I arrived, the warm and attentive staff made me feel welcome and ensured that every detail of my stay was perfect. Location: The hotel is ideally situated with stunning views of Mont Blanc and easy access to the town and ski lifts. Whether you’re there for skiing, hiking, or simply soaking in the beauty of the mountains, the location couldn’t be better. Rooms: My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and featured a cozy alpine style with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the balcony offered breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Dining: The food was fantastic! Breakfast each morning was a generous spread with a variety of fresh options, from pastries to local cheeses and fruits. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the gourmet meals exceeded my expectations. The chef does an excellent job incorporating local ingredients into traditional dishes, all with a contemporary twist. Facilities: The hotel spa is a hidden gem—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or skiing. The sauna and hot tub were wonderful, and the massage I had was the best I’ve had in a long time. They also have a great lounge area with a fireplace, perfect for unwinding with a book or enjoying a drink in the evening. Service: The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with any request, whether it was booking excursions, providing local recommendations, or simply ensuring that everything ran smoothly during my stay. Bonus tip: The best Indian restaurant is walkable distance (400 meters) from the hotel - Annapurna 2. Must visit 😉 Overall, Chalet Hotel in Chamonix combines luxurious comfort with the charm of an authentic alpine retreat. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and top-notch service. I can’t wait to return!"

"I really don’t know where to begin. Spending a week in Evian was a special moment for my friends and I. That is until I entered this establishment. Clutter was unbelievable. If you want to feel trapped in a world of yard sale items sit in the front area waiting for your dinner table. Then it only gets worse. They placed us, with no exaggeration where I had to lean while eating dinner to keep bushes and plants out of my face and food. Gets better. While being served the waiter is coughing continuously behind me and at my table. And when attempting to say something to the owner “concerned for our health” it was basically we were rude and I truly felt Americans were not welcome, we were asked to leave by owner which was a blessing in disguise. It seemed to be mostly locals and that’s all the owner wishes to be there. Stay away and read reviews on everywhere you go while traveling in Evian."

"What to tell you? Maybe the best explanation is, that this hotel (or this type of the rooms) was not my ‘cup of tea’ First avoid attic rooms. They are not the same (smaller) like normal floor rooms. Also you will need time to learn how to deal with roof windows. There is no any privacy in the bathroom, everything is open. When you use toilet, in different room you must wash your hands… simply everything is complicated. Breakfast was only ok. The people there, are very kind and extremely professional. Also location of the hotel is perfect, next to the old city of a beautiful Megève."

"Booked dinner….arrived and was told we had to sit on stools at a counter. very smiling staff where so sorry that the booking wasn’t acceptable but take it or leave it. its 8.00 pm on a freezing night…. Offered the casual dinning room…very attentive waiter … food only 3 star 10 chefs and my chicken was like undercooked rubber…. And I tasted the difference between what my wife ordered and I received ( same choice)But I got a free coffee In my younger days I’d have a row but now … brother it’s your arrogant smiling loss. It shows you how easy it is to screw up a good brand….we will never use 4 seasons facilities anywhere. Young staff feel if they are smiling and “ oh I’m so sorry” that’s that is the end of the matter… well it isn’t…they have lost two high rollers that travel off peak…. For ever ….you only screw us once. Never let any client walk out unhappy they talk bad about you for ever."
