Definitely this is not a 4 star hotel, everything looking very old, just the location is good.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the city and very convenient for getting around. For the price, I think it is really good value and very affordable compared to other places in the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bathroom was also very clean, which is something I really appreciate when staying at a hotel. Everything felt fresh, tidy, and looked after. The facilities in the room were exactly what I needed, and overall everything was perfect for my stay.

Friendly stuff, no frill setting, comfortable beds. Close to banks, grocery stores and eateries. No complaints

The location is great for nearby dining and public transport. However, the reception is not always available.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The location is great with wilson parking just a short walk away and shows near by.

Overall, it is worth it for its location and price within Sydney CBD. You can have a room of decent size without burning a hole in your pocket. While it is not a fancy hotel and has been refurbished, you can still see some dents and marks on the walls. However, it is clean and comfortable. One thing to note: the hotel informed me that the reception would open at 7 AM. When I arrived, there was no one to be seen, and I didn’t have a data SIM that could make local calls. Eventually, I asked a friendly local to borrow their phone to make the calls. It was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel changed our room type due to renovations and provided two standard rooms with private bathrooms. The rooms were very clean. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The front desk was always staffed, which was very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic location, directly opposite the Central Station and very close to Chinatown. The hotel was also quite clean. There are plenty of dining options in the surrounding area, and the Thai restaurant downstairs was excellent.

This hotel Doesn’t provide 24 hour reception . If too early arrive they may not answer the door for you. Location is near to china town and central station . Very convenient . And facilities are quite nice including the hair dryer and shower facilities. Air con is a bit cold and the blanket is a little bit thin for that . But overall is a satisfactory experience.

The cleanness of the residence can be improved, some insects can be seen from the window frames. The location of the accommodation is superb, situated just next to the central station and Haymarket (Chinatown Sydney). The window view can be one of my best experiences I have ever had.

The water quality was terrible (the filter turned black) and there were hairs on the bed. They didn't even provide water bottles.

This place is so nice even those it’s abit old and dusty because the window couldn’t open and make sure u have local number to call them when they are not at the reception they will come down in few mins very helpful staff everything is good toilet is big enough

Parts of the room might seem a little bit worn, but the bed was comfy reception was warm and friendly location is amazing price is extremely value of money. I'd be more than happy to stay here again for future trips to Sydney. I don't think you can get better value than here.
