Location was great - had good run to Hyde Park, Botanic garden, Darling Harbour on different days.

The USB outlet by the bedside is not working. The mattress is bit old, can feel the springs underneath the cover. The day shift receptionists are not very helpful, asked question on the cruise ship location and could not help and were trying to help anyways. The towels required never showed up or gave me the wrong type.

World square at your door with everything you need. Not far from Museum Station for train travel into Circ Quay.

Bed and beddings too soft, bad for elderly. Recommend getting harder ones.

Everything's perfect from the location to the room service to the comfy bed. My only complaint is there was a constant loud clicking sound coming from the door area. No idea what it was.

Hotel building is old but well maintained and room is kept clean. I got a room facing the road and the windows works well enough to keep out the road noise - but I still had to put on my noise-cancelling earbuds to fall asleep. Recommend you to try and ask for room facing inwards.

Good locations. Within walking distance to Museum station. All the amenities is just around the corner. Lots of Eateries and supermarket at the basement.

Customer service was not great, we asked for pillows and other stuff, waited for 1.5 hours, the guys came with other stuff, not pillows. Said they had short of staff. It is not my problem. I have paid in full, so I should get full service. So I asked for pillows next day again, then got them, Room service didn't refill tea/ coffee. We always had to ask.
