Clean, hospitable and great customer service.

Rooms was not clean and they did not clean them once while we was there. There was 2 bath towels in room upon arrival. I told staff 4 of us so we need 2 more towels they wouldnt give them to us

We stay here often and are recognized and greeted by management. It is budget friendly, close to shopping and eating. If you need a clean, no frills place to stay I would recommend it.

I had bloodstain on my sheets , had a non smoking room that smelled like smoke , there was a chair in the room with stains and wouldn’t be acceptable to sit in, something was on my top cover like it hadn’t been washed, the free breakfast did not consist of much !

The room was disgusting, a chair in the room had stains all over it, blood on my sheets , something on my top cover , in a non smoking room smelled heavy of smoke . It was so disappointing to see it had good ratings to be that bad! Never again !

Towels very thin, breakfast was limited - no protein only sugary things. Shampoo/conditioner was in little ketchup like pouches

parking was convenient in front of our room. Good lighting and relatively quiets. I will stay there again when in Wichita

The owner was amazing and all the rooms were very well taken care of with a clean room !

Smoke smell was strong. It was okay if your just staying 1 night.
