Best Western Hazlet Inn

After a nice walk from Hazlet station, I was allowed to check in to my room early in the morning, many thanks. Breakfast area was also quite nice, with fruits available.

Staff was helpful and promptly tended to my requests.

Good room for 1 night a bit pricey but everything was ok from breakfast, to bed, to shower. Front desk very nice

Room was ok. Needs to be updated. Upon arrival I was told they do not service rooms daily and that I need to come to the front desk if I require anything. I had booked a two queen room and was told by the front desk clerk they upgraded me to two queens

People where nice storm Came the let us leave early and they refund our money for the night breakfast was nice also

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly very helpful and a complementary breakfast was good. I wish they made the breakfast hours from 7 to 10 as opposed to 6:30 to 930.

The place is tired and worn and smells. Fortunately after we checked in around 4 PM, we immediately departed for several hours to meet friends and left the window open and HVAC fan running to try to air out the room. It was a little better upon our return. But the odor gave us a bit of a headache. The sort of situation where you know they have been using too many air fresheners and carpet cleaners for too long a period of time. Time to strip the carpet and soft goods out and refresh the room.

Room was ok but it was right next to the elevator and that kept us up most of the night. The staff was pleasant.
