Really enjoyed my time at this place. Staff were very friendly and personable. Food was good. Price is reasonable. Enjoy the atmosphere, especially when the velvet monkeys appeared after the rainfall room was incredibly comfortable. I found it very relaxing and just what I needed. Would definitely recommend.

We came for an evening drive and the service was extremely poor, the lady at the front desk (Thandeka) offered us poor service. She was so rude when we asked her questions we had to prob for details from her about the safari drive. It’s like she did not want to assist us at all. Then she told us that the evening drive is from 3:30 till 6:30 then unfortunately it was only an hr duration. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE COMING HERE.

Hi all. Ideal for backpackers or people that love outdoor life. I personally suffer from serious hay fever and had a terrible night. The rooms were dusty and smelled like they had a lot of damp and Mold. The monkeys played on my roof the whole night and i fell asleep at 2h00 in the morning and had to get up at 5h30 for work again. When you look at the pictures online its not even close to what it is in real life. Such a pity as the reception and dining room looked amazing when we booked in. They seriously need to clean the rooms thoroughly and check that everything is working before Guest arrive. Both the DSTV's in both our rooms had issues which they had to fix after we booked in

The on-site meals are delicious, served quickly and very affordable. The staff are very friendly and there's many amenities such as the pool and game drives directly from the hotel. My shower head was broken and couldn't regulate the water temperature properly which really worsened the experience and I did tell the handyman on site but he did nothing.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kruger Adventure Lodge! Our room and facilities were exactly as described and pictured. Staff and service were fantastic! While waiting for our transfer, I was approached by a member of house keeping, returning our Nikon camera which we had brought for our safaris which I had accidentally left in our room, extremely thankful! 10/10 recommend and would return!!

The location is perfect, only a 15-minute drive from the park entrance. Everything is well suited for children, with a playground and a swimming pool. It is also possible to book game drives directly with the lodge, which is very convenient.

The site is large with many individual lodges. Parking is close to each. Secure entrance gate, and each lodge has its own extra iron door gate with lock. Room was spacious, with 4 twin beds, and AC, and TV. Reception has long hours, but I could not find anyone at 4:30 am to help me leave (I had told them we wished a very early departure; someone came at 5).

We stayed at Kruger Adventure Lodge as part of a safari package. The safari activities and location near Kruger National Park were enjoyable, and staff were generally friendly. ACCOMODATION Room type: However, several issues affected our stay. Our booking confirmation mentioned a Private En-Suite Lodge Room, but we were accommodated in a safari tent, which created confusion. (See pictures) HOTEL TRANSPORTATION We were also charged 150 ZAR for a very short (≈ 1 km) transfer to a nearby mall, while the exact same service was provided free the following day, suggesting unclear pricing policies. CLEANESS & HOUSE KEEPING In addition, housekeeping was inconsistent, as our room was not cleaned after the first night. No fresh towels, trash cans not empty, bed undone.... MEALS The food was good overall, but the service was less welcoming. Important: One waitress seemed reluctant to assist guests and lacked basic hospitality skills. Improved service training or management would enhance the dining experience. OTHER REVIEWS After our stay, we noticed similar concerns mentioned by other guests in online reviews, particularly regarding room expectations and transport charges. IMPROVEMENTS Clearer communication and more consistent service would greatly improve the experience. PARTICULARLY what is included and what is paid, and be Crystal cleat about the room type. The hotel seems to lack of management or even an operations person. The staff are working on 12 hours shifts without management, as a result Quality and transparency is affected l. TOURS: safari team and Panorama driver where very good. The region is beautiful.
