Qian'an International Hotel

So others don't make the same mistake, I'm sharing my utterly outrageous experience at this hotel. Putting everything else aside, after a long day of driving, the moment my head hit the pillow – holy cow! The pillow was absolutely *stinky*! It was SO! STINKY! The pillowcase looked pristine white, no issues there, but it clearly hadn't been disinfected or properly washed with laundry detergent. The pillow insert was yellowed and reeked to high heaven, exactly like the foul, dirty smell of old leather seats on a run-down bus! I immediately called the front desk to get it replaced. A few minutes later, a cleaning lady knocked on the door. Her tone was very unpleasant, and she unhappily asked me, "Stinky?" I handed her the pillow and told her to smell it herself! She turned her head away and grumbled, "All the pillows in this hotel are like this. Have you ever seen a hotel replace its pillow inserts? We never replace our pillow inserts. If you want to change pillows, fine, but the new ones will smell the same..." The lady said indifferently as she walked off to get new ones. Minutes later, she came back with two pillows, pretending they were new ones when they were clearly the same ones I had just given her to replace... Seriously, it's unbelievable! Other hotels I've stayed at, whether they replace pillow inserts or not, their pillow inserts definitely don't reek like yours do!!!

This time staying at Hechi Qian'an Hotel, the experience was simply impeccable! As soon as we entered the lobby, the front desk staff greeted us warmly, checked us in quickly and attentively, and patiently introduced the various facilities. The room is clean and tidy, warmly decorated, with excellent sound insulation, and I slept very soundly. The breakfast has a rich variety, including local rice noodles and snacks, and the taste is authentic. There is everything you need for eating, drinking and entertainment nearby, and travel is also convenient. The price is affordable, but the service and facilities are excellent, and the cost performance is super high! Next time I come to Hechi, I will stay here again!

What impressed me most was the free water (see photo). It was very textured and it wasn’t too much to charge ten yuan for it, it was actually free. Thumbs up. We need two rooms for two large and two small children. Otherwise it would be uncomfortable to stay in both rooms. The breakfast is average, the rice noodles are ok, but the milk is made from powdered milk and is so unpalatable.

The toilet door could not be closed. I don't know if it was the air conditioner or the exhaust fan that was making the noise, but neither of these two devices was used. The grilled oysters downstairs were fresh and plump.

The room is average, and it is close to the highway. You can eat nearby, but the hotel restaurant is basically hosting banquets, so individual guests have to wait a long time for dining, which is a bit inconvenient.

This hotel experience was so good that I broke my habit of not commenting. The room is clean and tidy, warmly decorated, and every corner exudes comfort. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional. They check in quickly and also introduce interesting places around. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. You can feel the hotel's dedication to quality. I really recommend it!

The hotel phone was unreachable and they deliberately ignored customer calls. A deposit is required for check-in, and the front desk staff was unable to provide a correct deposit receipt after a long communication. It is useless to ask the front desk to enter the vehicle information after driving out. You still need to pay the parking fee yourself.

The room is spacious and bright, and the bed is very comfortable. It is really a great experience to live here. The lighting is really good, and the sun shines in warmly. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful. There is free parking, which is really convenient for people who drive. The location of the hotel is also easy to find, just by the road. You can eat directly on the second floor of the hotel. The breakfast also has local characteristics. The service attitude is excellent. There are snacks for free in the evening. It is highly recommended.

The hotel front desk service is very good, the room is very clean, the sleep is very comfortable, there are many foods around, and the breakfast is also very rich. Overall, it is a very pleasant stay experience.
