Swissôtel Hefei Grand Park

This Accor hotel is probably the best in all of Anhui, and definitely the most beautiful in the Hefei public area. Daisy provided excellent service, and the hotel really takes care of its guests.

The room was a bit small, but the view outside the window was pretty good. The pool had a lot of kids learning to swim, and breakfast was pretty standard. It's okay for a casual stay, but nothing really stood out.

Everything was great, and the breakfast was excellent/rich.

Very comfortable and quiet. It's very close to Zhengda Plaza, with lots of food options and things to do nearby. I'll definitely come again.

First time staying here, and I was really impressed with the room allocation – high floor, great view, and super spacious and bright, not to mention clean and tidy. 👍 They also made sure to inform me about the operating hours for all the different facilities. The breakfast selection was huge with plenty of variety too!

The location is great, very close to Anhui Museum, Huizhou Garden, and the Aquarium. The gym and pool facilities are pretty good. Breakfast was decent, typical for a five-star hotel. The only downside was that I discovered at 1 AM that the master switch couldn't turn off all the lights. I called maintenance, and after working on it for over ten minutes, they informed me it couldn't be fixed that day. It was fixed the next day. However, I didn't receive any apology until I checked out.

This is an established five-star hotel that has recently been renovated. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, and both the staff and front desk are very professional. It truly embodies the style of a classic five-star, with a grand, high-ceilinged lobby that makes a statement. The large lawn outside is absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast is exceptional! There are many dining options nearby, it's very close to the highway exit, and only a little over a kilometer from Sam's Club. I highly recommend this hotel!

I had a very satisfying stay. The room was spacious and the facilities were new. The front desk staff were professional and welcoming. My girlfriend injured her foot and had difficulty walking, and the hotel thoughtfully lent us a wheelchair, which was fantastic service. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and the view was great; one window overlooked a beautiful large lawn. The hotel's location is superb, very close to Huizhou Garden and European Street. A truly satisfying stay!
