對這家酒店第一印象是服務挺好的，前台小程看我少訂了一份早餐 還免費贈送了一份。辦理入住的時候也非常熱情。房間很乾凈，風格是簡約温馨的，給朋友定的，他也很滿意，説早餐種類也多，有手工牛肉麪和手工油條和小餛飩都很好吃。2樓有洗衣房和健身房，還有幫忙送洗衣服的服務。

這家金鵬酒店服務蠻好的，前台小程服務特別熱情，第一次帶家人小孩來住，主動贈送了小朋友拖鞋和牙具，還免費送了早餐券，兩個房間也是通過協調幫我們安排在了一起。房間舒適寬敞，設施也是智能的操作方便，停車免費，早餐廳的自助早餐很豐盛，小孩很喜歡。吃的很開心。很滿意。
