The Hefei Swan Lake Hotel boasts an excellent location right next to Swan Lake, offering expansive lake views. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and responsive. The amenities are comprehensive, and the breakfast selection is rich. It's very convenient for walks and is the top choice for stays in the Government Affairs District. My experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

On my way back during the May Day holiday, I spontaneously decided to visit the Anhui Provincial Museum in Hefei. I chose to stay at the Swan Lake Hotel because of a co-branded event I saw at the Yuzhou Hotel in Chongqing during the Qingming Festival. I was certainly not disappointed! The service was incredibly attentive, and the location was absolutely perfect. It was definitely a worthwhile trip.

This hotel is right next to Swan Lake, offering a beautiful environment and convenient transportation. The rooms are well-equipped, with instant hot water and very comfortable beds. On the fourth floor, there's a swimming pool and gym, which guests can access directly. The pool water is clean, and the gym has a good selection of equipment. We even received complimentary fruit delivered to our room. Most importantly, the staff's service attitude is incredibly warm. They promptly contacted us when we left an item in the room during checkout, allowing us to retrieve it. A huge thank you to them! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 If I come to Hefei again, I'll definitely stay here. I highly recommend it to my friends.

The room was very spacious, and the hotel upgraded us to a high-floor lake-view room. Although the facilities were a bit dated, the location was absolutely fantastic with an excellent view. We had a great stay. The breakfast was plentiful, offering a good mix of both Western and Chinese options.

All staff are very helpful. Services are very good with free tea at hotel hall. We received free fruits during our stay. Front desk upgraded our room with lake view. Unfortunately it has been raining for the last few days. We can’t get a better picture of the lake. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel boasts an excellent location near Hefei's civic center and the Green Axis Park. Parking is very convenient, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. The lake view rooms offer a fantastic panorama of Swan Lake and surrounding landmarks like the Anhui Gate. Transportation is also great, with quick access to major city roads, elevated highways, and the ring road via the South Second Ring Road. Overall, the stay at Swan Lake Hotel was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit to Hefei.

This is an older five-star hotel, but the front desk and room service were excellent and very responsive to all requests. They even upgraded my room when I asked to switch, so the service definitely deserves high praise. The design and decor are a bit dated, but the room itself was spacious, bright, clean, well-equipped, and had a fantastic view. Overall, it was a good experience. Breakfast was standard. The hotel is right next to Swan Lake, with many shopping malls nearby. It's very easy to get a taxi from the lobby, and there's a subway station close by, making transportation quite convenient. This stay offered great value for money.

We had a fantastic stay here yesterday with our family! The hotel was exceptionally clean, beautifully kept, and offered stunning views that made our stay truly special. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained, creating a warm, welcoming environment that was perfect for the whole family. As a Hefei native, I was back in my hometown for a business trip and booked the Swan Lake Hotel. The service was exceptional. The staff even thoughtfully brought me a small bag of laundry detergent when they saw I had underwear hanging to dry. Fresh fruit and eye masks were provided daily, which made me feel very much at home. The facilities are a bit dated, but very clean, giving a real 'home away from home' feeling.

Really good experience. Staff is very helpful. The lake park near the hotel is good for evening walk. Rooms are also good and wide. I really enjoyed my stay. Overall it was amazing
