Grand Hyatt Hefei

The room was spacious and the location very convenient. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was decent! Recommended.

The service was very prompt and comprehensive, and the room environment was also good. The decor is a bit older compared to the Grand Hyatt Hangzhou, but it's still top-tier in Hefei. They thoughtfully arranged a room for us on the east side with views of the park and lake. Overall, a great experience.

Came to Hefei for a weekend trip by high-speed train, it's my first time in this city. I chose the Grand Hyatt for accommodation. It's on a high floor, offering great city views. Check-in was very convenient, the hotel lobby is on the 40th floor. Shirley at the front desk even upgraded us to a lake view room, and we could see Swan Lake outside the window, which was pretty nice. The WeChat butler service was also very attentive. The hotel room and bed were both large, clean, and hygienic. Breakfast was decent with a good variety. The freshly baked dried plum vegetable pastry was delicious, and they also had local specialty snacks like Sanhe rice dumplings. Breakfast is on the 39th floor, offering panoramic views from all sides, highly recommended.

Excellent location with convenient transportation. MixC Mall is right downstairs. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct view of Swan Lake and Hefei's 'three-piece suit' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers). A great stay.

The hotel infrastructure is excellent, and the location is great too. It's right next to MixC for shopping, and there's a park nearby, so the surrounding environment is very pleasant. The service is also top-notch, warm and attentive, especially from customer service manager Eva.

I booked a room with a stadium view specifically to attend Chen Chusheng's concert. A big thank you to Shirley for reserving it for me! The hotel is indeed very close to the stadium, which was incredibly convenient, especially since there was heavy rain before the concert started. Seeing concert-goers complain online about the downpour and chaotic exit, I secretly felt lucky to have booked the Grand Hyatt; it saved me a lot of hassle. Plus, MixC is right next to the hotel, making dining and shopping super easy. Shirley's service was excellent, and the overall service at the Grand Hyatt was top-notch – I truly felt at home. This was my first visit to Hefei, and thanks to the Grand Hyatt, it left a wonderful impression on me.

Not very satisfied. The plug socket on the nightstand was recessed, and I called customer service on the first day, but it was never fixed by the time I checked out. The charger couldn't be fully plugged in, so I couldn't charge my devices at the nightstand.

The room facilities are great, and the service is decent. However, there's no kids' play area, which was a bit of a bummer. The breakfast selection is also a bit smaller compared to Hyatt. Hopefully, they'll add more variety in the future.
