A really nice and clean quaint hotel. The staff was super helpful and you get a free public transport pass for you to explore the city. Very clean but you can hear the train station for a bit.

Great location. The staff is quite nice. I like the wall decor showing the major attractions. This gave me an idea of the city.

Near Heidelberg Hbf. Brand-new hotel. But the breakfast buffet is just so-so. No new food provided. Fruits are not good, at least not fit my taste. We ordered triple beds room, the third bed is really…casual. Just one bed in the bedstead. Not comfortable at all.

The room, amenities, staff are all good. Self check-in is very convenient as well. For travelers, the location close to train station is also super convenient. However, the drain in the bathroom is blocked with previous customer’s hair… When I took a shower it ended up with water all over the place. I had to pull all the hairs out by myself because it’s late at night… Hope you can do better cleaning.

The biggest advantage is the location – it’s situated just outside station, making it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by train. The hotel is well connected to the city center. Overall, a great choice for a short stay or especially if easy access to transportation is important.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind. I was able to.check in early without extra cpsts and could leave my luggage at reception the next day. They could suggest sights to see and gave me a sightseeing map.the room.was vig enough, clean and tidy, but it did not have a kettle and cups for making tea.

The hotel was very clean and had helpful staff. However, it's a bit far if you want to walk to the center. Otherwise, it's a very successful hotel.

nice hotel, very close to the train station. The noise is not very loud. And it’s a very clean hotel, I can even smell the disinfectant when I entered in the room. I will recommend this hotel to my friend.
