The hotel is an apartment-style establishment with a kitchen, which is very convenient. The rooms are quite newly renovated, and they also provide free coffee, which is a thoughtful touch. The only drawback is a common issue with European hotels: they don't offer free parking.

This is the most satisfying accommodation I've stayed in so far in Europe! It's only a five-minute walk from the train station, making public transport incredibly convenient. The lobby offers complimentary water and a coffee machine, and if you're lucky, you might even find some snacks. The front desk staff are fluent in English and can assist with luggage storage. The room facilities are very new, clean, and fully equipped. If you need to cook, the kitchen here is the most well-equipped I've ever encountered. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, highly recommended.

The reception staff were not very friendly. Check-in was incredibly slow and cumbersome! There was a huge queue and only one person working. During the night, a fire alarm went off. There was one person (I assume security) who didn't really know what to do. Luckily, it was a false alarm. Afterwards, it was very unclear if we could go back inside. Not a single friendly word or gesture was offered. The staff seriously need a lot of improvement. The room itself was clean, and having a small kitchen was great. It was quite spacious, the bed was good, and the air conditioning worked well. The location next to the central station is very convenient. There's also a bakery there (if you book without breakfast).

The hotel management seems a bit chaotic. The common areas are dirty and unkempt, and you have to go to the front desk every day to get bath towels. The room size is pretty good, but it's not cleaned daily; housekeeping only comes every eight days.

First off, the apartment is very spacious. The bedroom is separate from the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is large, and while it doesn't have a separate shower and dry area, it's fully equipped with everything you need, and the hot water is fast and plentiful. The soundproofing for sleeping is also excellent. Secondly, the amenities are comprehensive. It has all the pots, pans, dishcloths, brushes, knives, forks, and cutting boards you could ask for. There's also a kettle, coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, range hood, iron, and hairdryer. A quick tip: you must turn on the range hood before using the induction hob – just pull it out, and it starts automatically. Lastly, the bedroom is large with plenty of tables, and the bed is a good size too, with a comfortable mattress and lots of pillows for a great night's sleep. Everything feels very new and in excellent condition! There are a few drawbacks: The laundry room costs extra, though the gym is free. Check-in is strictly at 3 PM, which might be due to high demand on weekends, but you can store your luggage and explore beforehand. Oh, and check-out is at 11 AM! It's right next to Heidelberg's main train station, which is super convenient for catching trains. We checked out half an hour early and still ended up waiting 25 minutes at the station!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 2-3 minute walk from the main train station. All the staff I encountered were professional, helpful, and very friendly. The hotel lobby has a small shop, and in the evenings, many guests would buy drinks and snacks to chat and relax in the restaurant area, which was very pleasant. The hotel WiFi was also very good. The room was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, and it was very quiet. There's also a self-service laundry area; you need to buy a special token at the front desk for 6 Euros, which allows for a 180-minute wash. Drying also requires a token, providing 100 minutes of drying time. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. If I had to find a minor fault, it would be that the shower drain was a bit slow, causing some minor pooling.
