Staycity Aparthotels Heidelberg

The room was small but very clean. I originally booked a twin room, but they upgraded me to a king-size room and gave us complimentary breakfast for two, which was also good. The king-size bed was plenty big. The room had pots, pans, utensils, and a coffee maker, so you could cook if you wanted, though we just looked at them. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the main train station, which is very convenient. Heidelberg University is just over 3 kilometers away.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with powerful air conditioning. It even had a kitchen, which was great for cooking noodles. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, within walking distance, and getting to the old town by bus was also very easy.

We booked a triple room, which was a one-bedroom, one-living room suite. Both rooms were spacious, and the double beds were really large and comfortable. The sofa bed in the living room was a bit small, probably only 0.9 meters. It was still perfectly sufficient for a family of three. The living room also had a microwave. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was fairly comprehensive. It might be the peak tourist season now, as there were a lot of people. The first two pictures are of the hotel dinner, which was pretty good. The third one is just a filler. The hotel is very close to the bus station but a bit far from the train station.

The room isn't huge but it's well-equipped, featuring a kitchen with provided utensils. There's also a kettle and a coffee machine. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and you can even make your own fresh vegetable juice. For stays of three nights, housekeeping isn't provided, but you can request fresh towels. The hotel has a car park, and at 15 Euros per day, the parking fee is quite reasonable. The hotel isn't very close to the old town, about a 30-minute walk. You can take a bus to the castle, and there's a bus stop conveniently located near the hotel.

Good value for money. Well-located for visiting Heidelberg, close to the central station. Very convenient for public transport to other cities.

The location is excellent. It's an 8-minute walk from the back of the train station after you get off. Public buses and trams are also convenient for getting to various places (pedestrian street, old castle, Neckar River, hospitals, university departments). The suite is spacious enough and has a small kitchen. Breakfast is 18 euros, and the restaurant is large with good food, coffee, and various teas. The hotel's courtyard/lawn is huge, and it's very pleasant to have a drink there in the evening. There's also a laundry room.
