Premier Inn Heidelberg City Bahnstadt Hotel

Everything was great, we were very satisfied.

There is free parking available on the nearby roadside, but it may be full on holidays and you may not be able to find a parking space. We originally wanted to park in the hotel's paid parking lot, but it was full. Luckily, there were accessible parking spaces at the entrance, and the staff were very kind and let us park there.

This isn't our first time staying at this chain of hotels. The staff is polite, the beds and mattresses are comfortable, and there's a kettle in the room, with one cup of tea and coffee in sticks, two glasses, and two cups. There's no refrigerator. During our two-night stay, we noticed that the towels weren't changed or the trash taken out, but I'm sure the staff would be happy to assist if you're concerned. The iron clothes racks at this particular hotel aren't very convenient: there's no closet, and the racks are located in the middle of the room, making it easy to accidentally hit your head. Sharing a blanket between two people is also inconvenient—I requested two separate blankets in my message, but apparently the staff doesn't always honor these requests, or doesn't read them. Please note that you will be required to pay an additional tourist tax of €3.50 per person per night upon check-in.

The hotel was very clean. We had no problems at reception. There is a 22 kWh car charging point. The coffee and local beer were delicious.

It was very quiet, and I slept very well. It's just a bit inconvenient to get to the castle.

The accommodation experience is average. The main reason is that the road at the entrance is under construction, and the road at the entrance is blocked. It is impossible to walk (in fact, this needs to be explained or refunded in advance). It takes 10-15 minutes to walk from the train station, and the road is not very convenient. Walk. The hotel is not a large hotel, it is small, the facilities are average, and it is clean.
