Clean and non-smoking room. Not far from the center. Breakfast with coffee, egg and sandwich.

The room was clean and the service was warm and welcoming.

The Heihe Seagull Hotel had spacious, bright, and clean rooms. The bedding was of good quality. The front desk staff were friendly. The bath towels were torn but still clean. The lighting was bright. Hot and cold water were plentiful. There was air conditioning, and the temperature could be controlled. It's unusual for a hotel in Northeast China costing over 100 yuan to not have facial tissues. The screws on the bathroom clothesline clips were missing, and they weren't repaired. Breakfast consisted of a piece of packaged bread, an egg, and a cup of coffee—it would have been better to have no breakfast at all. The cleaning staff needs further training. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

The room was dirty, with hair, dust, and cobwebs on the walls. It was smoky! It was impossible to sleep. I specifically chose a non-smoking hotel because I was traveling with a child, and I personally can't stand the smell of tobacco. I opened the window, but the noise from the traffic made it impossible to sleep. Those three nights were hell. The floors weren't cleaned even once during my four-day stay; they only took out the trash and filled the toilet. The breakfast was modest.

I liked the hotel's location; there's an elevator, the beds are soft, the soundproofing is good, and there are no insects. The only downside is the breakfast (one egg and a small bagel).

We liked the hotel. The staff was friendly. Cleaning was done daily and was good. The breakfasts weren't great, but we enjoyed it. Cons: No laundry or ironing facilities.

Parking required vying for a spot on the sidewalk, but luckily there was a repair shop nearby that helped us refill our windshield washer fluid and check our tire pressure. The hotel reception said they hadn't handled ********* guests before, so registration took a little longer; we stayed for three days. One room was assigned as a "wedding room," decorated inside and out with "囍" (double happiness) characters, and the table was piled high with the owner's tea set. The other room was changed the next day because the village basketball team wanted to stay. Breakfast was included: a paper cup of coffee, a sandwich, and an egg. We had to ask the front desk for toilet paper and clothes hangers, the kettle didn't work, the cabinet under the sink was broken, and the toilet wouldn't flush on the third day.

The environment is great, the location is excellent, and you can see the sea directly.

Excellent hotel, super location, everything is within walking distance, very close to the bus and train stations. The room was very clean, spacious, and all disposable toiletries were provided.

Everything was great. Hot water was available 24/7 (maybe I was just lucky), and we checked in well ahead of schedule (a huge plus). The only thing is that there are some renovations already underway, and the floors feel like they haven't been washed in a while, but otherwise, everything is neat and clean. It was also unusual that there was no refrigerator in the room, but perhaps that's not necessary for cleanliness.

The house is dilapidated and the sanitation is comparable to that of the Syrian battlefield. It's simply not cleaned. It's also extremely noisy in the mornings, with the sound of electric drills constantly starting at 7 a.m.

Overall, it's not bad. Pros: it's located almost downtown, you can leave your luggage until check-in (2:00 PM), the staff is friendly, and they helped with delivery. Cons: it's very dirty, there are occasional animals, and something's broken in the shower and toilet (you're literally washing over the toilet). It's okay for one night.
