We got a room with weird smell but hotel management changed room for us. Nice view but limited dining choices.

酒店美出天際，在山頂，室外桃園一般。我們車一開到管家江南就出門熱情的迎接我們。非常熱情的給我們倒茶水然後幫我們辦理入住。行李也一步到位幫忙送至房間。江南推薦我們吃的茶底火鍋也超級超級驚艷，食材新鮮，肉質鮮美。晚飯後還帶領我們參觀講解了美術館，茶窖，酒窖。感覺這兒的管家水平遠超世界一流五星級酒店管家。老闆企業文化太讚了。這應該是這次川西之旅定的最好的一個酒店了。有機會下次再來，沒住夠。🤭🤭🤭🤭

入住後發現噶爾莊園所在位置是在羊茸村隔着國道的一個山頭上，遺世獨立的感覺，包括三個酒店噶爾莊園、花築奢和星空之城，三個酒店共用入住大堂和早餐廳。星空之城的位置最高，視野也最好，不過開車上去的彎道很陡，以及每天早晚去吃飯後回房間的經歷最難受，要在海拔3000米高原上走5-7分鐘的向上階梯路。11月上旬入住，彩林已經失去了鮮艷的顏色，平流霧在秋季不大會碰上，因此景觀一般，不夠驚艷。酒店的設施在藏區算挺好的，不過管理上太隨意，不夠正規和嚴肅，以及衞生工作需要提高。早餐品種太少，而且居然沒有水果，對不起酒店的住宿價格。最後就是自駕去酒店的路在國道上轉入山路 大約5公里，很多急彎和陡彎，雖然路面鋪設得很好，新手需要謹慎，夜間開車更是驚險，不建議。最後需要點評的是酒店的餐飲品質和品種需要提高，價格貴可以理解，畢竟位置很搞、很偏，但是味道不夠好對不起價格和高端酒店形象。

1680定了三間，三間價格一樣 房型相差巨大.然後如圖所示，進去就有衹蜘蛛，地面也很臟，打開窗單位，兩個床都有污漬，並且其中一床架已壞.洗澡池裡也漏水到洗手池.房間沒有加濕器，管家回答説，我查房的時候還在呢？請問，是我藏起來了嗎？體驗感太差了，實在！
