Einchecken, kurzfristig Verlängern (Schiffe fuhren nicht), auschecken alles kein Problem: sehr freundlich, schnell, unproblematisch und rasche Antworten auf Mails. Telefonische sowie persönliche Erreichbarkeit lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr nett fand ich auch die Möglichkeit, sein Gepäck parken zu können, sowohl bei An- als auch Abreise - super Service Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert! Küche etwas spärlich ausgestattet, aber das Notwendigste ist vorhanden!

Die Zimmer sind ein liebloser Mix aus alten Möbeln. Die Küche hätte man schon vor Jahren entsorgen sollen. Das gesamte Haus mit Terrasse und Vorgarten wirkt ungepflegt und bedarf dringend einer Sarnierung. Beim Blick aus dem Fenster schaut man auf Mülltonnen und dem Hintereingang zu einer Restaurantküche. Dementsprechend riecht es auch im Apartment. Preis/Leistung ist ein Witz.

Falls wir den Weg nochmals nach Helgoland einschlagen, dann würden wir die Hummerklippen Apartments wieder buchen. Es fehlte uns fast an nichts.

Die Wohnung braucht nicht nur neue Fenster, der Balkon neues Geländer, und die Wohnung riecht nach Verwesung!!! Die Reinigung war unter aller sau. Überall essensreste der Vorgänger und schmutz

Die Dunstabzugshaube dürfte mal gereinigt werden.
