Great location, close to train station, city centre and botanic garden. Breakfast is good but can still be better.

We stay at the Radisson Blue Plaza Hotel located at the central area, it’s very convenient for getting around as the main sightseeing spots are easily accessible, just 10-15 minutes walking distance. We are happy with the services, breakfast and facilities overall. One thing that I want to give credit to the hotel is that the toilet flush suddenly didn’t work on the second last day of our stay. The front desk officer immediately arranged a new room for us, which was just next door. The prompt response and arrangement was very much appreciated.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the central train station and within walking distance to all the city's popular attractions. The room layout is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide range of dining options. The service and staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming! We especially enjoyed the hotel's restaurant, which was open until 10pm, allowing us to enjoy dinner at the end of a day of sightseeing, and the food was delicious. We ate in the restaurant three times during our three night stay at the hotel, as the food was really excellent and the very professional staff there, Carina, was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has an excellent location, however the cleaning service is every 3 days , the room was filthy and the barroom smelled like urine … we had to ask to clean the room.

This is where I got my membership thanks to the very kind reception Jansen if Im not mistaken. He is very accommodating and kind . I like this Hotel . I even got upgraded to Jr Suite in Gothenburg .

Great location nearby Central station and walking distance to all tourist spot. Room cleanliness was mediocre. Breakfast was excellent with freshly cooked egg, highly recommend.

Convenient location and excellent breakfast. Also safe area to stay near Central Station when taking train from airport and near shopping area.

Great hotel within the city center. All friends are happy through our 6 days stay here (in between we went up to Rovaniemi). The breakfast is solid. We had enjoyed our trip.

It's right next to the train station square. It's easy to find. If you don't enter the building after getting off the train, there's a path directly opposite the building that leads directly to the hotel. The hotel is only about 1.4 kilometers from the Viking Ferry at Helsinki Harbor, making it within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, but the rest of the hotel was average.

Very close to the city center station. You can walk to the attractions. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. The dining environment is very good. Very trustworthy

The facilities are complete and the hygiene is no problem. Take the intercity train from the airport to Helsinki Main Station, and walk a few minutes to the hotel. The service is satisfactory.

Located next to the train station. Excellent location. Clean room. Rich buffet breakfast. Three people can share a room for a day. Extra bed is free. The extra sofa bed is also very big. Will stay again

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station. The bus station is not far away. The room is very special, a bit like a budget hotel. I looked around but couldn't find a place for the luggage rack.
