Very close from central, behind the hotel just shooping centre Kampi, very popular and complete place to find anything, close to attractional place, the facilities was complete also, very recommended

Hotel was with walking distance of 7mins to the main central station and tram stop was right next to the hotel which make it very convenient to reach most places including the I and P line to the Airport. Like the hotel very much and they do pretty much ♻️ friendly. If you happen to book a small room with no kettle and you are in need of hot water,... may go to the lobby coffee machine to get it.

The services is excellent ! The staffs are very warm! The location is great!

Excellent location in the heart of Helsinki, close to the train station, shopping, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. However, my room was facing the main square with the trams beside it which was quite noisy. Overall, a convenient and well-located hotel, but I would recommend requesting a room away from the square for a quieter stay.

On my first day there, the receptionist was quite warm and considerate, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and quiet, yet close to the tourist attractions, allowing me to get a good rest while still having fun exploring. However, I wasn't entirely satisfied, as not every receptionist was equally friendly - though they still did their job professionally.

In my experience, hotels of this size and price always have a coffee maker and/or an electric kettle for tea in each room—even the standard ones—but ours did not have either. In addition, the shower controls in the very tight shower are not easy to figure out, and the temperature was set to scalding hot, so be very careful. Our room was quite small and dated. However, the bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice quality, so overall it was fine for our three-night stay.

We had a great stay there. The location is excellent with easiy tram connections and most attractions are walkable. It’s next to a shopping centre so there are lots of options. We arrived very early and couldn’t make use of the early chdckin fee of €20. However, when we returned around 1430, a room was available and we could check in early, still needing to pay the €20 charge. The staff claimed it’s a standard policy and the charge is mandatory. The thing is, we arrived like before 7am and would be glad to pay but they said room wasn’t available. We asked the hotel to call us but then they refused saying they’d be incredibly busy. We were too tired after a long flight and was expecting to get the room at 1430 (just 1.5 hours earlier than the standard) but we were asked to pay. If customers see a real costs to this they’re happy to pay but this is just plainly another way of increasing revenues?!? Quite unapologetic, inhumane and inconsiderate.
