Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast, location is close to Viking line to Tallin and close to market square

The bathroom had cobwebs and there was mold on the room floor. The location is good, but the hotel is quite dated.

The staff provided an upgrade to a master suite at a reasonable price, so that me and wife have comfortable and enjoyable overnight stay.

The hotel is a bit dated but was spotlessly clean. It's conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal. Nearby attractions such as Senate Square, the Synagogue, and the historic market are all within a 10-15 minute stroll. Our room had a comfortable bed, and we appreciated the complimentary sauna. The breakfast was outstanding – very generous and delicious, highly recommended. A minor point for improvement was the check-in process: Upon arriving around 11:30 AM, we were informed that our room was ready, but only if we paid an extra €20 for early check-in. Otherwise, it would be available at 1 PM as part of our standard booking. Also, in July, the air conditioning in our attic room struggled to keep the room cool.

This hotel was perfectly located for catching the Viking Line. Even though our stay was brief, the room was spotless, the hot water supply was excellent, and it was quiet and comfortable, allowing us to get a really good rest. Breakfast offered a great selection and was very tasty. We didn't have a chance to use the sauna due to time constraints, but we'd definitely like to try it on our next visit.

The property is very old with worn off furniture and fittings. The shower was without a curtain, see picture. There were windows up the wall ceiling and the bright bright sun light shines directly making wake up early. Sun shines at 4am. Reception could not find my breakfast eligibility although my booking was made with breakfast included. Frankly, not worth the money for the price paid. Do not expect any amenities. For the word GRAND MARINA ' sounds prestigious but it's just a sleep over hotel. Not even mugs in the room, I had to request from reception and thr mugs were with dried residue at the sides. The single bed had noise when I sit/sleep on it.

The hotel is showing its age, and the room decor feels a little dated. However, the surrounding area is lovely, situated right by the pier. From the rooms, you can enjoy distant views of ships in the harbor. It's also very convenient, with the city center just a ten-minute walk away. The hotel service is good, and the breakfast spread is quite generous.

Housekeeping was bad, no tea, no, teapot, etc

The hotel is quite old, but sits the great location where you can easier commute to everywhere.

The location is excellent, being very close to the beach, market, and church. The place was clean, and breakfast offered a generous variety. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel seemed quite popular.

The service and breakfast were excellent. However, the room's air conditioning was poor, and its cleanliness was only fair.
