Nice,warm services! The price includes dinner and breakfast! What a surprise, they even have a fika for guests. Really feel like home. Highly recommended!

The room lacked a hairdryer and a mini-fridge. In the bathroom, water from the shower would run towards the toilet, and neither of the soap dispensers worked without unscrewing the entire pump. The flush button and the cover for an electrical outlet fell off during use, so the bathroom really didn't feel up to par. Additionally, the lighting was poor. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, and the food was good!

This hotel is was such a deal! Breakfast afternoon fika and dinner included for under $400 for 3 nights?! The food was delicious and wholesome! I wish they could cook healthy for me every day. I’m not sure why there wasn’t a lot of reviews but I’m glad I went with my instincts and booked through trip!

I love everything about Jugend. It is truly a home before I get home. The full board offer was incredible. Fika and Meal was changed on daily basis, good in taste and generous innportion, so are the amenities in the room. Beds are super comfortable ! Luggage storage make it easy for everyone to deal with luggages.

I loved my expierince at home hotel Jugend When I arrived in Helsinki I asked for help to find what team to take I get what I’m told but then got confused as it kept flashing up two names ( which I later learnt that streets have Finish and Swedish names as Swedish is an official launguage? Any I was under the idea that I was miles away as my journey took ages Next day I I was trying to find an art museum Train station I’d got if at was ten mi s walk team goes its own route that takes in a big areas before it gets there so location is actually very good ten mins walk from city centre it’s set in nice are of lots of restaurants and bars The hotel it self is wonderful and quirky My main reason trip was for Co cert which cancelled due to illness of singer if I’m able to make rearranged sat I’d love to go back to this wonderfull hitell Staff are polite friendly and helpful Breakfast and dinner us both very nice and free coffe 24/7 and room is clean and comfortable I’d highly reccomend

It was raining outside, and the staff didn't offer any help even though they saw a young woman struggling with her luggage. Later that night, someone repeatedly tried to open my door with a card. Thankfully, I had the deadbolt on, otherwise a staff member would have just walked right in. They even asked if I had checked in! Is that a normal question for hotel staff to ask? I encourage hotel management to check the surveillance footage.

Great friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner were included and food was good. Loved my adjustable bed and my room felt modern and quaint. Other public areas were decorated well.

I had a lovely staycation with my friend. The building is beautiful and the room was modern, clean and cozy. Food was amazing too, both breakfast and dinner . We have nothing but good things to say about our stay and would come back again :)
